Mazda's flagship three-row crossover, the CX-9, received a complete redesign for 2016, and the results appear to be quite positive, according to a recent early review from Consumer Reports. Click "play" in the video clip below to watch the full report.

The 2016 CX-9 is powered by a 2.5-liter turbocharged four-cylinder engine that produces 227 horsepower on regular fuel and 250 horsepower on premium. This replaces the heavy and fuel-hungry 3.7-liter V6 engine in the previous model...

This past Friday, we learned that Mazda is announcing some changes to pricing and packaging for the 2016.6 CX-5. The goal of the changes is to add value and reduce the complexity in the trim level structure of the company's best-selling compact crossover.

One major change to the 2016.5 CX-5 is the inclusion of a backup camera as standard equipment on all models with Mazda's SKYACTIV-drive six-speed automatic transmission. The backup camera was previously only available as part of the Rear View Camera Package on the Sport trim level.
